Terms of Service – Bay Area Lawn Pro

Welcome to Bay Area Lawn Pro’s website at www.bayarealawnpro.com. By using our site or hiring us for services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Services Provided

Bay Area Lawn Pro provides landscaping and lawn maintenance services to residential and commercial clients throughout Hillsborough County, Florida.

Services include but are not limited to:

Lawn mowing and edging
Hedge and shrub trimming
Mulching and flowerbed maintenance
Seasonal yard clean-ups
Irrigation system repair and maintenance

2. Scheduling & Access

Clients agree to provide clear access to service areas on scheduled dates. Missed appointments due to inaccessibility may be subject to a fee.

3. Payment Terms

Payments are due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept payments through Stripe and other approved payment methods.
Late payments may incur fees of 1.5% monthly or the maximum allowed by law.
Recurring service agreements may be auto-billed via Stripe with your consent.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Services can be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Refunds are not issued for completed work unless service quality is disputed and verified by management.
Partial refunds or re-service may be offered at our discretion.

5. Service Guarantee

We strive for complete satisfaction. If you’re not happy with a service, contact us within 48 hours to allow us to address the issue.

6. Limitation of Liability

Bay Area Lawn Pro is not liable for:

Pre-existing damage to landscaping, irrigation systems, or structures.
Delays or service interruptions due to weather, acts of God, or client-requested delays.
Indirect or incidental damages resulting from service use.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including logos, photos, and text, is owned by Bay Area Lawn Pro or licensed. You may not reproduce or distribute our materials without permission.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in Hillsborough County courts.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted to this page with a revised effective date.
